Sloooowwww food

Well, I've obviously been very bad at keeping up with this blog. I think partially, it's because I can't find anybody to eat with, and because eating out eats a big part of one's budget, and partially because of my increasing involvement with the local food and slow food movements over the years - I would actually prefer to cook and eat at home with friends, and eat out only when there's no way I could concoct such food at home.
I think I'm barely going to keep this one going, unless something spectacular heads my way, but frankly, I would rather make my own noodles with farm-fresh eggs and local flour, pick some basil from the garden, and eat real pesto pasta on my patio pretty much any day!
So for now, I am going to be even more neglectful of this site, until further notice. Happy eating!
