Queen Mother Cafe

This is a rather large cafe on Queen (I note rather large, as real estate is rather expensive on this stretch of Queen), where we stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Had the pad thai, as they were offering it. Ordered it 'hot' (as opposed to mild, or spicy). It was fairly run-of-the-mill pad thai, though it had just a bit more tamarind edge than the usual sweet sauce used on most pad thai, so that was definitely in its favour. Had a disturbingly large number of pictures of the Queen Mother over the course of her lifetime throughout the restaurant, but otherwise, an OK place to eat.
