Lick's

Ever since they shut down the downtown Lick's to make way for Dundas Square, I had not had a Lick's burger... that changed when I made it out to the suburbs at Leslie and York Mills and made it into a Lick's... got myself their Nature Burger, the veggie/vegan pattie that they have... after being spoiled by the Works (still, I think, a gold standard in burgers) and the Griffin, it was a refreshing change to have a burger actually have ketchup and relish on it... good burger... nice to see families sitting around having burgers and fries (well, maybe not their choice of food, but at least the 'eating together' aspect of it) around their little booths....
